ingredients

  • 1-3/4 to 2-1/4 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 envelope Fleischmann's® Pizza Crust Yeast OR Fleischmann's® RapidRise Yeast
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2/3 cup very warm water (120° to 130°F)*
  • 3 tablespoons corn oil
  • 1 oz packet ranch seasoning, divided- 1.5-2 c. cooked and shredded chicken breast- ~1/2 c. buffalo wing sauce, additional for topping- shredded mozzarella cheese- red onion/green onion, if desired-
  • 5 oz container plain fat-free Greek yogurt- splash of milk..

DIRECTIONS

  1. Follow the instructions for the Homemade Pizza Crust but mix in 1/2 packet of ranch (.5 oz) with the flour.
  2. Once pizza dough is ready and rolled out, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce. Use as much as desired. Top with shredded mozzarella and red onion. Following the recipe's baking instructions.
  3. While pizza bakes, mix together the remaining 1/2 packet of ranch (.5 oz) with the Greek yogurt. Add enough milk so that you can drizzle it on top of the pizza..
  4. Top finished pizza with an additional drizzle of buffalo sauce, a drizzle of ranch, and sprinkle of green onions. Enjoy!
