- 1-1/2 teaspoons sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup very warm water (120° to 130°F)*
- 3 tablespoons corn oil
TOPPINGS- 1-1/2 to 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken breast
- ~1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce, plus additional for topping
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- Sliced red or green onion for garnish, if desired
SAUCE- 5 oz plain, fat-free Greek yogurt
- Remaining half of the 1 oz. packed of ranch seasoning
- Splash of milk
