Buffalo Chicken Pizza with Ranch Crust

  • 1-3/4 to 2-1/4 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 envelope Fleischmann's® Pizza Crust Yeast
  • 1 oz packet ranch seasoning, divided
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2/3 cup very warm water (120° to 130°F)*
  • 3 tablespoons corn oil

  • 1-1/2 to 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken breast
  • ~1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce, plus additional for topping
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Sliced red or green onion for garnish, if desired

  • 5 oz plain, fat-free Greek yogurt
  • Remaining half of the 1 oz. packed of ranch seasoning
  • Splash of milk


    Following instructions for Homemade Pizza Crust, preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Combine 1 cup flour, half of the ranch seasoning mix, yeast, sugar and salt in a large bowl. Add very warm water and oil; mix until well blended, about 1 minute. Gradually add enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Dough should form a ball and will be slightly sticky. Knead on a floured surface, adding additional flour if necessary, until smooth and elastic, about 4 minutes. (If using RapidRise® Instant Yeast, let dough rest at this point for 10 minutes.)
  3. Pat dough with floured hands to fill greased pizza pan or baking sheet. OR roll dough on a floured counter to 12-inch circle; place in greased pizza pan or baking sheet. Form a rim by pinching the edge of the dough.

  4. Once pizza dough is ready and rolled out, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce. Use as much as desired.
  5. Top with shredded mozzarella and red onion.
  6. Bake on lowest oven rack for 12 to 15 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and crust is browned.

  7. While pizza bakes, mix together the remaining half packet of ranch seasoning (.5 oz) with the Greek yogurt. Add enough milk so that you can drizzle it on top of the pizza.
  8. Top finished pizza with an additional drizzle of buffalo sauce, a drizzle of ranch, and sprinkle of green onions. Enjoy!

    *If you don't have a thermometer, water should feel very warm to the touch.
