- 1½ teaspoons sugar
- ¾ teaspoon kosher salt
- ⅔ cup water (warmed to 120°F–130°F)
- 3 tablespoons corn oil
For the Pizza
- ½ cup prepared pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- ½ cup mild Italian sausage, crumbled and cooked
