Place all ingredients in a bread maker bowl in the order suggested by bread machine manufacturer. Use the dough setting to prepare the bread dough. Turn out onto a floured surface, punch down and form into loaf. Place in a greased 9 x 5-inch bread pan. Cover and let rise 25 to 35 minutes until doubled.
Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 35 to 45 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool in pan for 5 minutes before removing to finish cooling on a rack.
