  • 1-1/4 cups milk
  • 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1-1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 2 tablespoons butter OR margarine, melted
  • 3-1/2 cups bread flour
  • 1 (2-1/4 tsp.) envelope Fleischmann’s® RapidRise® Instant Yeast


  1. Place all ingredients in a bread maker bowl in the order suggested by bread machine manufacturer. Use the dough setting to prepare the bread dough. Turn out onto a floured surface, punch down and form into loaf. Place in a greased 9 x 5-inch bread pan. Cover and let rise 25 to 35 minutes until doubled.
  2. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 35 to 45 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool in pan for 5 minutes before removing to finish cooling on a rack.
