Ingredients

  • 1 -POUND LOAF ( slices)
  • 3/4 cup water (70° to 80° F)
  • 2 tablespoons millet OR cracked wheat bulgur
  • 1 tablespoon corn oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated orange peel
  • 1-1/4 cups bread flour
  • 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1- 1/2 teaspoons Fleischmann's® Bread Machine Yeast
  • 1 -/-POUND LOAF ( slices)
  • 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons water (70° to 80° F)
  • 3 tablespoons millet OR cracked wheat bulgur
  • 1 tablespoon corn oil
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1-1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons freshly grated orange peel
  • 2 cups bread flour
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 teaspoons Fleischmann's® Bread Machine Yeast

Directions

  1. Measure all ingredients into bread machine pan in the order suggested by manufacturer.
  2. Process on basic/white or whole wheat bread cycle; use medium/normal or light crust color setting. Remove bread from pan; cool on wire rack.
