If you are a California resident, California law may provide you with additional rights regarding our use of your personal information. As a California resident, or a person authorized to act on behalf of a California resident, you can use this form to submit a request.

    V. Next Steps Once We Receive Your Request

    We may need to obtain additional information from you to (1) verify your identity or verify you are authorized to make the request (in the event you are requesting information about someone other than yourself); (2) verify your eligibility to make a request; or (3) locate the information we have about you. If we need such information, we will follow up with you.

    We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) days of its receipt. If we require more time, we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing within forty-five (45) days of receiving your verifiable consumer request. If we deny your request, we will provide you with an explanation of the reasons we cannot comply with your request. Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding receipt of your request.
