- 2 to 2-¼ cups bread flour

- ¼ cup barbecue sauce
- 8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup caramelized onions (from about 2 medium yellow onions; see note)
- 5 slices thick cut bacon (cooked, drained and cut into ¼ inch pieces)
