- 1-1/2 to 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 (2-1/4 tsp.) envelope Fleischmann’s® RapidRise® Instant Yeast
- 2 teaspoons herb seasoning
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup very warm water (120° to 130°F)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Filling
- 1 jar ( ounces) marinated artichoke hearts, well drained and chopped
- 1/3 cup sliced ripe olives, drained
- 1/3 cup drained and chopped roasted red peppers OR sun-dried tomatoes (packed in oil)
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded provolone OR Italian blend cheese

- 1 egg white
- 1 tablespoon water
