- 1-3/4 to 2-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 (2-1/4 tsp.) envelope Fleischmann's® Pizza Crust Yeast
- OR 1 envelope Fleischmann’s® RapidRise® Instant Yeast
- 1-1/2 teaspoons sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup very warm water (120° to 130°F)*
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 4 sticks ( ounce or g each) string cheese
- Toppings:
- 1/2 to 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 8 ounces (g) Italian sausage, browned and drained
- 1 to 2 cups (4 to 8 ounces or 125 to 250g) shredded mozzarella cheese
