For the Pizza Dough:

- ½ cup (130 g) pizza sauce
- 2 ounces (56 g) grated mozzarella
- 2 ounces (56 g) grated provolone
- 2 ounces (56 g) grated fontina
- 1 ounce (28 g) grated asiago
- Finely chopped parsley (optional)
